This policy covers the grainbox.com website, run by Grainbox Limited, a New Zealand company. Each of our products has its own privacy policy, linked from its page on this site.
What this site collects
grainbox.com is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, sets no cookies, and runs no advertising.
To see which pages people read, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It records the page you visited, the site that referred you, your country, and your browser, operating system and device type. It doesn’t use cookies, and it counts visitors using a value that is reset every day, so it can’t follow you from one day to the next or across other websites.
Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages see technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser and the page you asked for. Our host, Vercel Inc., keeps these in short-lived logs to run and protect the service. We don’t use them to identify you.
If you email us, we get what you send: your address and your message. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.

These providers may process data outside New Zealand, including in the United States.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for a copy of personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights too. Email privacy@grainbox.com and we’ll help.

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of the page.
